IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Project Manager to join our team and lead various IT projects that drive our client’s organization’s success. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and closing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, stakeholders, and vendors, to drive project success. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Allocate resources and coordinate the efforts of team members, third-party contractors, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and address issues as they arise.
• Ensure that projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and executive management. – Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
• Evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred – Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
