Previously, as a consulting principal and CTO at MRE Consulting, a top-ranked firm for trading and risk management, Stephen led the global Information Technology Management practice. He expanded the client base, securing strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Air Liquide, BG Group/Shell, and Hearst. Stephen positioned MRE Consulting as a formidable competitor to the Big Four in IT strategy and infrastructure engagements.
Before MRE, Stephen founded StratITsphere Data Center Solutions, successfully transitioning the company to private equity ownership and assuming the role of CEO. He drove the development of award-winning solutions, focusing on cloud, colocation, consulting, and outsourcing services. Prior to that, Stephen served as VP and CTO for global infrastructure strategy and delivery at BG Group, a multinational oil and gas company. His earlier experience includes leadership roles in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and operations management at Accenture and Calpine Corporation.
